In fact What you need to focus when choosing a new computer isn’t too complicated as it seems to be shown in ads. Here are the top 5 best details that you might keep in mind if you really want to successfully buy your new computer. CPU,  RAM, Graphic Memory, HDD, Physical clutter. This fifth detail really depends from person to person. 
     1- CPU or Processor
   CPU stand for Central Processor Unit or simple said : Processor.This is the ONE. The most important characteristic is this one. Processor is the one that define the main speed of all PC.First of all make sure it is an INTEL brand. Secondly you need to check the model : Core i9, i7, i5 or i3. Core i9 is the latest and i3 is the oldest in my list. And thirdly, the generation : 9th Gen , 8th Gen, 7th Gen and 5th Gen are the most popular. But I would like to mention the processor speed like others use to do. But I never see a processor running slow because of the Ghz because most of them are very well design.it usually ranks between 2.2Ghz and 3.3Ghz.
     2- RAM or Random Access Memory
 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB of RAM are the most recommended.This characteristic is like your dining room. The more bigger it is ,the more guest you can welcome.   The RAM allow you to open as many program as you want without affecting any of its. I personally stand for a 8GB or 16GB.

    It is up to you to go for a colour, a size or a weight of computer you might like. It is your choice and you will use its for 5 years or more. Just be sure to follow your Heart. Space always matter, some said short is sweet, small is beautiful. They are things in life that you can never convince someone else to like or dislike, such as Colour, Taste, Form, Dream, Job, etc…   Me, I like slim computer with large screen and easy to move with.Especially coming for HP, ASUS, APPLE,  or DELL 
B- Top 5 best computer in may 2019

 Graphic card, Video card and even Graphic memory are the common words use to point the image or video display speed on the screen. A big Graphic Memory will simple allow you to have a better image quality on the screen. Personally I recommend 1GB at least. The common Graphic Memory cards are 512MB (1/2GB), 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. But a half GB ( 512MB) is still OK !!!
4- HDD or Hard Disk Drive
  HDD is the physical material where you store all your music, video, Document and photo when the computer is off. Compare to your house this one is like your chiller. More space, more food, more smile. I truly recommend a 512GB minimal. But you can find a 320GB, 512GB, 750GB, 1TB or even more than 8TB.
